The Verdemar 3 complex is located in the village of Playa Honda. The complex comprises of luxury apartments which feature a 2 communal swimming pools. One outdoor and one indoor heated. Also on the complex there is a gym, sauna and children's play area all free to use.

The indoor pool opens during winter months and the outdoor during the summer.
